Saf-Viet is a subsidiary of Lesaffre Group, specialising in providing high-quality yeast and baking ingredients. Established in 1999, Saf-Viet is part of the collaboration of Lesaffre Group with Cat Tuong. Since then, the partnership has expanded to include two sales offices, a local production facility and a Baking Center™ in Vietnam.
